Teaching kids to serve doesn't have to be complicated—we just make extra birthday goody bags and donate them through the Birthday Giving Program. The kids love the drop-off at our local Boys & Girls Club, and honestly, it makes me feel less guilty about all the plastic party favors we accumulate.
